Kathleen L. Tubania Bailey was born and raised in O’ahu, Hawai’i and is a member of both the Hawai’i and California Bars. Kathleen attended Hawai’i Baptist Academy where she graduated with Highest Honors, earned a bachelor’s degree in legal studies with an emphasis in political philosophy from Chapman University, and a juris doctorate degree from Chapman University School of Law where she was awarded a merit based academic scholarship.
Immediately after graduating from law school, Kathleen worked in a boutique employment law firm based in Anaheim where she worked closely with the partners and gained valuable trial experience. Kathleen has a broad range of experience in protecting employers and businesses, including start-up companies, mid to large domestic corporations, and international businesses. She provided a broad range of services from protecting intellectual property rights, defending employers from disgruntled employees, commercial evictions, and international shipping and collections.
Kathleen is a partner at the Bailey Law Corporation and splits her time between California and Hawai’i. When Kathleen is not advocating for her clients, she can be found running at the beach or spending time with her sons and husband. Kathleen also enjoys traveling and has spent significant time in Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, and the Philippines.
