William R. Bailey

Founder and Managing Partner

William Bailey is well-versed in labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour issues, entertainment, and personal injury issues.

William was born and raised in Southern California, the birthplace of many successful small businesses and nationally recognized brands. In addition, William is well connected to the community and locally educated. William was an Eagle Scout, attended Mater Dei High School, earned his bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Chapman University School of Law where he was awarded a merit based academic scholarship.

Immediately after graduating from law school, William worked for a well-known and reputable personal injury firm that had offices in several major cities. William gained valuable experience working with some of the best legal minds, and he took that experience with him when he opened his own firm.

William splits his time in Hawai’i and Southern California. When William is not zealously fighting for his clients’ rights, he can be found surfing, spending time with his sons and wife, or walking his English Bulldog, Ollie.
